Our Approach to Federal Appeals

When you become a client at The Ratliff Legal Group, the first thing we will do is analyze your case and your court record to determine the issues you face. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your record is prepared for the court of appeals and argue those issues before the court.

If your appeal is denied, you may choose to will file a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court. In addition, there are other options we can pursue if your appeal is denied.
